JMELFER provides everyday and professional services in Cambodia through vetted professionals. JMELFER decides how your personal data is used. Contact us about your data at hello@jmelfer.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password. We never see your password. It is stored in a protected form.
- Profile details you choose to add: mobile number and city.
- Service requests: the service, the details you write, the place and the date you prefer.
- Messages and job applications sent through our contact form.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account.
- To answer your requests and messages, and to arrange the services you ask for.
- To review applications from professionals who want to work with us.
- To email you when booking opens, only if you ask us to.
Who sees it
JMELFER staff see what they need to answer you. When we arrange a service, the professional gets only the details needed to do the job. We do not sell your data.
We store your data with a secure cloud provider.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete your profile and requests, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices
- See and change your profile at any time after you sign in.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it, by emailing hello@jmelfer.com.
